Hey Everybody,
 
Trust you all are safe and warm, I had a call from Kim Bandy with Spero this evening. Kim said that we would have to cancel tommorows meeting due to the inclement weather. Although the roads I presume would be fairly driveable tomorow Kim said that the internationals were hesitant to drive as many of them are very wary of snow and prefer not to drive. As our scheduled week with The Common is on the first Wednesday this would mean that our first meeting would be the first wednesday of March.I know it’s a bummer as we were all excited to start tommorrow.
 
We have a friend who comes to Frontline Church who has been working with an Iraqi family teaching ESL and she is about to Graduate a program that focuses on teaching English to Internationals. I talked to her with regard to maybe helping us out one Sunday and give sort of an informal training for all of you who showed interest in teaching English to the Internationals using the curriculum that uses the life of Jesus. Please let me know how many of you would be interested in that. I am really looking forward to serving Christ’s purpose amidst the Internationals.
 
 I know we mentioned about just hanging out and getting to know the Internationals tommorrow but since we wont get to do that tommorrow I would say we plan on starting ESL lessons the first wednesday of March when we meet up with the Internationals.Please email me or Ted if you guys have any questions. If anyone wants the handbook[curriculum] that has the lesson plans on teaching ESL please let me know I have a few more left with me.Love you all much and thank you for your passion to serve.
